NAHL Texas Tornado

The Tornado finish out their northwest road trip this weekend as they battle the Wenatchee Wild in a two-game series starting tonight.

The Tornado are looking to keep their current winning streak alive during the series. Their win streak is now at four games while gaining points in their last five. The team is 2-2 against the Wild this season, with both losses coming at Town Toyota Centre in Wenatchee.

Part of the reason for the four-game win streak is the production from the new acquisitions on the team. Ralfs Freibergs has registered 10 points in 11 games since joining the team while Nick Taurence has registered 8 points in his first 12 games with the Tornado.

Goaltender Dan Sullivan looks continue his successful season. Sullivan leads the NAHL in Stars of the Game points after completing last weekend's series.

Tornado forward JD Howard will also look to continue his streak of success after a great performance last weekend in Fairbanks that earned him Sherwood/NAHL South Player of the Week honors.

The two games will take place Friday and Saturday nights at 9:05 CST.
